Healthy Leaders
Build
Healthy Teams
Whether you’re facing leadership challenges, team dysfunction, cultural problems, or simply know your organization can be healthier, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
We work with leaders and organizations through coaching, training, consultation, and organizational reviews to identify what’s getting in the way and build a healthier path forward.
Exploratory Call
Maybe you're not sure what your first step is for growing your leadership or tackling a challenging problem; that's OK-let's jump on a short call and figure out whether you need a first step and whether we are the best organization to support your development.
Leadership
Consulting & Coaching
Leadership can be isolating. The more responsibility you carry, the fewer people you may have around you who understand the decisions, pressures, conflicts, and people problems that come with leading an organization.
Leadership Coaching gives you a place to work through those challenges with someone outside your organization who understands leadership from both the ministry and business worlds.
We can work through difficult leadership decisions, staff and team dynamics, conflict, communication, organizational culture, delegation, developing leaders, role clarity, burnout, and identify the root causes. I'll help you ask better questions, identify blind spots, challenge assumptions, and separate symptoms from the real problem. Sometimes you need a strategy or a tool. Other times we need someone willing to tell you what you may not want to hear.
Leadership coaching is available as individual sessions or as an ongoing coaching relationship for pastors, ministry leaders, nonprofit leaders, and business leaders.
Leader & Team
Training
Healthy organizations need leaders who know how to lead themselves, develop people, communicate clearly, navigate conflict, and build teams that work together.
In-person training gives your leadership team focused time to step away from the demands of everyday ministry or organizational life and work on what often gets pushed aside. Each training is built around your team's needs and can address leadership development, organizational health, communication, emotional and relational intelligence, conflict, team culture, breaking down silos, and developing the people you lead.
Available for leadership teams, church staff, boards and elders, nonprofits, and other organizations.
Full-Day
Consultation & Training
Some challenges need more than a training session. A Full-Day Consulting & Training engagement combines leadership development with hands-on work to address the real issues your organization faces.
Rather than focusing primarily on teaching a specific leadership topic, we spend the day working with your team to identify challenges, evaluate what is happening beneath the surface, and develop practical solutions. The day can include targeted training, facilitated leadership conversations, team exercises, problem-solving, strategic planning, role and responsibility clarification, conflict resolution, or organizational health work.
Every engagement is customized around where your organization is right now and what you need to accomplish. You won't leave with just more information. The goal is greater clarity, stronger alignment, and an actionable path forward.
Church Health
Assessment
Healthy churches don't happen by accident. A Church Health Assessment provides a focused evaluation of the key areas that shape your church's health and effectiveness.
Using the Breaking Silos Church Health framework, we'll examine leadership, church culture, communication, church health, organizational clarity, ministry alignment, systems, and volunteer development. The assessment is designed to help identify what's working, where problems may be developing, and which areas deserve your attention next in your entire church, not just your leadership team.
You'll receive a clear picture of your church's current health along with practical recommendations and priorities for moving forward. Think of it as a checkup for your church: a way to catch problems early, recognize strengths, and make intentional decisions about what comes next.
This assessment takes 3-5 days, which means the price will vary as well.
360 Degree
Assessment
Sometimes the problems holding an organization back are hard to see from the inside. The Breaking Silos 360 Organizational Review provides an independent look at the health of your leadership, team, culture, communication, systems, and organizational structure.
Through assessments, conversations with key leaders and team members, and a review of how your organization actually operates, we identify strengths, blind spots, unhealthy patterns, and areas where silos may be forming.
The process concludes with a clear assessment of what we found, practical recommendations, and a leadership debrief designed to help you determine what needs attention first.
This review takes 3-5 days depending on the size and complexity of your organization. This will affect the price as well.
Speaking & Events
Justin McMahan brings more than two decades of experience in pastoral ministry, business, nonprofit, and community leadership to every room he speaks in. His approach combines biblical truth, practical leadership experience, and the lessons learned through both success and difficult seasons.
As a pastor, Justin speaks to churches and congregations about faith, spiritual growth, identity, purpose, discipleship, the Kingdom of God, leadership, and experiencing the work of the Holy Spirit. His extensive business and organizational background also gives him a practical perspective on developing leaders, building healthy teams, navigating conflict, and creating cultures where people can thrive.
Justin also speaks openly about burnout, leadership wounds, disappointment, healing, and what it takes to start again. His own journey through those experiences and back into leadership became part of the foundation for Breaking Silos.
Whether preaching to a congregation, speaking at a conference or pastors' gathering, or developing a leadership team, Justin brings together Scripture, lived experience, and practical application to help people grow, lead well, and become who God has called them to be.
