YOU CAN’T FIX
WHAT YOU CAN’T SEE.
Helping leaders identify what’s really happening beneath the surface, develop healthier people, strengthen their teams, and build cultures where people can thrive.
Breaking Silos Leadership
Our leadership system has three parts that you can access. All three are meant to help you and your organization overcome burnout, unhealthy leadership, and organizational silos. We suggest starting by reading the book Breaking Silos.
Breaking Silos Book
Breaking Silos is the foundation of everything we do. It grew out of founder Justin McMahan's own experience with leadership burnout, organizational dysfunction, and the difficult work of healing. What began as a personal journey became a framework for understanding why leaders, teams, and cultures become unhealthy—and how they can heal.
Leadership Services
Healthy organizations require healthy leaders, healthy teams, and healthy cultures. Sometimes getting there requires an outside perspective. Through coaching, consulting, training, and organizational assessments, we help leaders see what they may be missing, address what's holding their teams back, and build a healthier way forward.
Church Health System
The Breaking Silos Church Health System turns the principles of the book into a practical process for building a healthier church. Through seven stages, the system helps leaders identify what is really happening, address problems at their roots, and build the leadership, culture, and systems needed for long-term health.
Church Healthy System
Knowing something isn't healthy is one thing. Knowing what to do about it is another.
That's why we developed the Breaking Silos Church Health System. Built on the principles and research behind Breaking Silos, the system gives pastors and leadership teams a practical framework to evaluate their organizational health and decide what to address next.
The system moves through seven interconnected stages, as shown in our map. We suggest reading Breaking Silos before starting the system. After that, some of the language in our system will make more sense.
